Executive Team
Rhonda Schwartz, Ph.D., is President and CEO of Concepts in HealthCare, Inc. She earned her doctorate degree from McGill University Department of Medicine, Division of Experimental Medicine. She has more than 10 years experience in clinical research, including diabetic and cancer research. She has also worked for GTx, Inc setting up a prostate cancer clinical lab to prepare them for clinical trials.
Dr. Schwartz is certified in the Foundations of Project Management. She is currently a member of The Association of Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP) and the Drug Information Association (DIA).
Joy Daughtry, R.N. is Founder and COO of Concepts in HealthCare, Inc. She earned her A.D.N. from Helene Fuld School of Nursing and her B.S.N. from Rutgers University. She has more than 20 years experience as a healthcare professional, working for 10 years as a trauma nurse in a level 3 trauma center and spending the last 10 years as a Director of Nursing at various organizations with an emphasis on home healthcare. In addition, she worked on many clinical trials at the world renowned Johns Hopkins University Hospital and is experienced in drug education and chronic disease management in the home. Ms. Daughtry, R.N. is certified in the administration of numerous clinical trial drugs. She is a member of the National League of Nursing (NLN) and the Black Women Enterprise (BWE).
